Raised by Todd and Vicki Raabe, she grew up steeped in community and compassion, then trained away before returning to invest in the town that invested in her. At Azalea Animal Hospital, Dr. Jay pairs advanced, evidence-based medicine with clear, down-to-earth communication so pet parents feel informed and confident. Her approach is simple: thoughtful exams, transparent recommendations, and a calm, kind manner that helps pets relax. Dr. Jay and her husband, Spencer, live in Whitehouse with their Goldendoodle, Ivy, their Australian Shepherd, Piper, and a small herd of horses. As active members of South Spring Baptist Church, they take serving their neighbors seriously.
